Lounge under Zion's starry skies as our Professional Astronomers guide you through the cosmos!

Stargazing Zion is pleased to host you, family, and friends for an entertaining evening of stargazing under the beautiful skies of the International Dark Sky Park, Zion National Park. Located about 10 miles up Kolob Terrace Road on the western boundary of Zion, guests lounge on zero-gravity pods and sip on hot beverages while gazing up at the cosmos.

Our astronomy guides share their knowledge and passion for the universe with a 2-hour program that includes state-of-the-art telescopes, and laser pointers to guide you around the constellations and objects of the night sky. This experience is both entertaining and educational as we share stories about ancient civilizations, the history of astronomy, and the evolution of the Cosmos.

We also provide guests an up-close view of celestial objects (galaxies, nebulae, clusters) through our powerful telescopes. We regularly view the following types and classes of objects: Galaxies, Nebulae, Star Clusters, Double and Binary Stars, Planets, Earth’s Moon, and more. Depending on timing, the International Space Station (ISS) and Starlink trains can be seen passing overhead.

Our team provides guests with deep space and long-exposure photography of the viewed objects and the experience the following day for a treasured keepsake to remember the night.
