This comfortable end unit has a large closet and private bathroom with tub/shower, two comfortable chairs and a dining table for two. Furnished living room with 40″ flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open onto a large balcony furnished with two chairs and a table.

Pets are not allowed in this unit.

THE BLUE MOON - One bedroom suite with studio kitchen. One King bed and one queen bed.

The Blue Moon room is an end unit with a private bathroom with shower, luggage rack with hanging rod, and furnished living room with flat screen TV. Enjoy relaxing on the front and back patios. Washer & Dryer. Sleeps 4 people.

Well-mannered pets ARE allowed in this unit. Additional $40 per night.

THE SUNRISE - One bedroom suite with full kitchen and one King bed

Take a relaxing break on the front or back balcony in this unit. Or, enjoy a break watching TV in the furnished living room with a flat screen TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower and closet.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Once a reservation has been made any cancellation will result in a $30 charge plus tax. (Per Room Reserved)
• Cancellation within two weeks of Reservation Check-in Date: $30 plus 100% charge of the first nights stay plus tax. (Per Room Reserved)
• Cancellation within 48 hours of Reservation Check-in Date or non-arrivals: Full Charge of booked reservation, No refunds. (Per Room Reserved)
• Early departures will not receive a refund. Once you have checked-in, all sales are final. (Per Room Reserved)

DEPOSIT POLICY

• Month long stays require a $500 non-refundable deposit. This will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled.

• Check-In: 3pm to 5pm daily
