Grotto Falls Trail
This hike leads to a very pretty This hike leads to a very pretty little waterfall, located along the Nebo Loop Scenic Drive above the town of Payson. The trail is wide and easy, with log bridges placed at stream crossings. The Nebo Loop is renowned for its fall colors, and this is a great fall hike. It's also very nice throughout the summer. Deep snow closes the road during winter.

To reach the trailhead from the north, follow 600 East in Payson as it goes south into Payson Canyon. This becomes the Nebo Scenic loop Road. Signs show the way. The trailhead is about 7 miles up the road.
(You can also reach the trailhead by driving north on the loop, from Hwy 132 east of Nephi.)
