Cascade Falls
This easy trail leads to a vista overlooking Cascade Falls, on Cedar Mountain. The trail also provides great views out over Kolob Terrace and Zion National Park.
Cedar Mountain is a high area east of Cedar City. The trail elevation is about 8910 feet. This is a summer hike. During the rest of the year the area is buried in deep snow.
Trailhead

The trailhead is located along Forest Road 054. From Hwy 14 on Cedar Mountain, take the Navajo Lake Road and then turn east onto Route 054. The route is signed.
Cascade Falls

From the trailhead you hike west through the forest to the viewpoint. The trail is well-maintained and has little elevation change. This is an out-and-back hike, you return the way you came in.
